Eligibility Criteria for FACT Clerk Recruitment
Educational Qualification
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (3-year or 6-semester courses only).
- A minimum of 50% overall marks is mandatory, while reserved category candidates (SC/ST/PwBD) require at least 40%.
- Degree must be obtained through regular full-time study.
- Candidates who have completed graduation through distance, part-time, or correspondence mode are not eligible.

Tenure and Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Contract for two years, with the possibility of renewal for one year at a time, subject to performance review and business needs.
Pay Structure:
- Consolidated Monthly Salary: ₹25,000
- The pay will increase by 3% every year upon successful completion of the term.

Selection Method
FACT will not conduct any written test or interview. Instead, the shortlisting of candidates will be done on merit, based on the following two factors:
- Earlier Year of Graduation
- Earlier Date of Birth
This means candidates who graduated earlier and are older in age (within the eligibility limits) will be ranked higher in the merit list.
Separate state-wise merit lists will be prepared for each participating state.
